January 25, 2026I was one of the first residents to move into Frazier, Annette has been great ever since. Management and maintenance have been very helpful and friendly. December 28, 2025Touring Frazier at Mallard Creek was such a positive experience thanks to Tiffany. She was by far the best part of this experience, not only was she kind, and approachable, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the start. Instead of giving a scripted tour, she actually listened to what I was looking for and tailored the experience around that. It’s clear she truly cares about residents and future residents alike. September 12, 2025Frazier is a wonderful community in the making. I toured the community today with Tiffany, the leading consultant. She is great! I loved the floor plans, layout, and the amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse ) are fabulous. I really appreciate her & the maintenance staff for patiently answering my questions.
