    10/10 experience living at The Frazier! Dustin, with the maintenance team, is always accommodating, quick to help, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is running smoothly. Tiffany, the leasing agent at the front, is so warm, lovely, and welcoming - she makes every interaction feel personal and positive. Both of them really make The Frazier feel like home.

    I recently toured the new luxury community at Frazier at Mallard Creek and had the pleasure of working with Tiffany and Adam, and I can’t say enough good things about their service. From the moment I arrived, Tiffany greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel welcomed and valued. She walked me through the floorplans with patience and clarity, answering all my questions—no matter how detailed or spontaneous they were. Adam also deserves high praise—he guided me through the ...
    amenities and common areas, highlighting the thoughtful touches that elevate the living experience, from the resort-style pool and fitness studio to the stylish communal lounge and landscaping. His enthusiasm for the community made a real difference. What stood out most: They both struck an ideal balance of being friendly and approachable, yet highly knowledgeable and organized. They didn’t rush me, they respected my time, and they clearly knew the property inside out.   • FALL in love with Frazier!!!!

    Frazier is a wonderful community in the making. I toured the community today with Tiffany, the leading consultant. She is great! I loved the floor plans, layout, and the amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse ) are fabulous. I really appreciate her & the maintenance staff for patiently answering my questions. I have been burned by more apartments than I can count so I had a list LOL! I hope I can make Frazier my home.
