Communication Issue
May 1, 2026After applying here I got the strangest phone call from a male at this place. The call left me very confused because I had not received any communication from a live person after applying for the entire day. When I finally did get a call, they had no clue who I was or what unit I was interested in. It looked like a nice and new community for my family but im not so sure.Property Manager Responded

Amazingly Personable
April 30, 2026I was taken care of in terms of what I needed to make this apartment somewhere that I can work & recharge. I am appealed by the Lexington floor plan in particular. It being so spacious as well as having an office was a necessity for me. I am absolutely pleased with the courtesy that was shown to me. I cannot complain. This was the best apartment tour that I’ve had so far in my time in Charlotte. This is the complex that has priority over all of the other ones. January 25, 2026I was one of the first residents to move into Frazier, Annette has been great ever since. Management and maintenance have been very helpful and friendly.
