Efficiency

The efficiency apartment is a nice size, with a full kitchen and plenty of cabinet space. It has both tile and carpet floors. It's a close walk to NDSU, not to far from downtown. Only problem is it is right between a train track and a regularly used soccer field with very bright lights. Managed by BMI. Larger maintenances issues are usually handled quickly, the smaller issues (broken bathroom locks, re-caulking bathtubs, closet doors that don't fully close) tend to take some repeated calls to ...

get fixed.
