Lived here for years. Don’t believe when they say they have a pool, laundromat or 2 parking.
To start off: pool is NEVER opened. These pools just sit there to look pretty and not to be used. Before pandemic they wouldn’t be open at all only whenever the heck they wanted to open them and only one not both. And now they haven’t been open at all for over two years.
Secondly: laundromat have Been down as well for over two years. They finally had them up and running but take more money then it ...
says on the machine. It’s a scam.
Lastly: Parking. They tell you you’ll have a spot in a garage and second vehicle can park in any of those around the property. Mind you there is never any parking. They had said we would get assigned parking and still have assigned anything. Parking in front by the office is only allowed after 3pm for some spots and need to move your vehicle at 8 am the next day .. then other spots you can’t park until after 6 pm. Disclaimer people park way before 6 pm and only enforce it whenever they feel like it . So to try to find a parking people sit in their cars until it’s 6 pm and for those that actually follow directions good luck ever finding a spot. Nearest parking outside of the property is a 15 minute walk.
All these promise and no actual actions.
Overall stop advertising parking, pool, or laundromat if it isn’t available
