March 31, 2018The rent prices listed here are before recent remodel. They are now a few hundred dollars more than listed here. They made them like new apartments. There is no fitness center. Heavy traffic on 15th Ave. Airplanes constantly fly overhead on flight path to SeaTac and Boeing field.Review from Apartments.com
