Mobile home park named Friendly Village not friendly

Park is clean but the mobile home owners have their own groups and talk about each other. I noticed recently they let a alcoholic move in. Who drives drunk all the time. They charge $$ for RV storage but allow hauling trailers. So I can't have a RV because trailers take up the spots. There are also two trailers falling apart which are used for storage. The RV storage area also is a pet walking area. People don't pick up after their dogs with the dogs pissing on the RV tire rimes. Which corrodes ...
the rims. I see a future lawsuit with the owner for these damaged rims since he allows the situation. The old ladies that have been here for years do nothing but talk about everyone and complain. They think because they lived here for years that they are in charge. Homes here sell dirt cheap so if you spend $$$$ to update you won't get your money back if you sell. I have no respect for the owner of the property. If there are complaints nothing gets done. I will be buying another place with my own land so I will not have these morons attempt to control me. It will be financially feasible if I just demolish my place because homes here don't sell fast unless the owner owns it. I will leave the owner a present of another empty lot when I move. I hope others follow my lead.
