Front Page Lofts offers an array of desirable amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center, a club room with a kitchen, billiards, a lounge, and controlled access/gated entry. The added charm of residing in a historic building truly sets this community apart, providing a unique and elegant living experience. Our elegant apartments feature stainless steel Samsung appliances, granite countertops, and oversized windows with blinds that offer stunning downtown views, with up to 14' ceilings to create an open and airy atmosphere. Utilities: Tenant pays for electric, no gas. Tenant pays flat rate for water, sewer, trash, and internet. Internet services are with AT&T. Flat internet rate only includes basic bulk price; any additional internet/cable services a tenant wants must be ordered directly with AT&T. Security Deposit: An amount equal to the first month's rent minus a $175 non-refundable administrative fee. Pet policy: Dogs/cats welcome - no breed or weight restrictions, maximum two pets. $250 non-refundable pet fee. With one pet, pet rent is $25/month; with two pets, pet rent is $35/month. Dogs and cats only; no other pets permitted. All occupants over the age of 18 must submit an application for residency. Application fee is $55/applicant. We will conduct a criminal, credit, and background check as well as verify employment and residency. We would require all occupants to make 3 times the monthly rental amount in gross income, collectively . A 630 FICO2 or higher credit score is required, and the score is pulled from Experian. For additional requirements, please contact the property manager.

No working elevators, no parking, filthy windows that don’t open, hallways are also filthy and I could go on and on about the cons of this place

Thank you for the review. The building does have new property management that continues to make progress cleaning up previous management issues. The new management team has spent extensive time cleaning out the building. The elevator went out of service for a bit of time. It has been repaired. The building does partner with the garage across the street. Parking is available in that garage. The building is the adaptive reuse of an historic office building. The windows have never been operable. The views from this building are impressive. The units are beautiful. The amenities are impressive for a building with only 51 apartments. The new management team will continue to work diligently to improve the resident experience.

Safety is a top priority here; I always feel secure coming and going, even late at night. The well-lit areas from the city lights and secure entry points give me peace of mind. From cardio machines to free weights, it's well-equipped and maintained. It's like having a mini fitness center right at my doorstep. Love this building and my apartment. The floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Arch and Busch stadium are fabulous. Perfect walking distance to Busch and Enterprise. The new management has been very responsive, accommodating, and helpful!!
