My apartment is located in Fruitlandpark fl .: Fruitland Acres apt. 1st lets talk location The location of my apartment is centered perfectly between all the shopping stores and food stores.. Everything is less than half a mile down the road so major convianve .. The apartment grounds well I live in what is considered an afordable complex, no it not upscale but it's comfortable, safe, and a decent neighborhood for your kids to play.. pressure washing and trash pick up , we have a small play ground for kids to play which is placed directly In The center of the complex so that you can easily keep an eye on your child.We do have monthly inspections which is to also help keep up the inside Maintenance of the apartments which I don't mind at all. The inside of the apartments are standard size apartments I would say geared for a smaller family of 2 or 3 ... All units have storage units. Living room, dining room , back porch and of course your choice of 1 or 2 bedroom.... I have have lived at Fruitland acres apartments for over 5 years .. I am happy with my unit and I am sure the average working mother would like them as well.
