Still frustrated by ongoing selfishness of some residents who don't return moving carts, don't pick up after themselves in the common areas and/or don't follow the apartment building rules. This is especially bothersome as some residents who have discounted/subsidized rents seem even less inclined to abide by the same rules that full pay residents are obligated to follow.Property Manager Responded

December 5, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI’m still enjoying living here and am looking to upgrade to a 2 bedroom now. My only complaint is parking. Parking should be free considering I live here. The city of Chicago has put up a bunch of parking meters all around the building now making it impossible to find a park. I have a 1 year old and I don’t know how I’m going to do it when all the snow starts coming. The parking costs monthly and is a ridiculously high amount.
