February 16, 2025Parking is unreasonably expensive. It’s irrational and unethical charging that much, knowing that public parking is wildly limited. We were able to get by parking in the street until the city made all the surrounding streets pay to park.Property Manager Responded

January 19, 2025I still love Fulbrix and outstanding management team that has to handle all the various residents and their issues. Still frustrated by ongoing selfishness of some residents who don't return moving carts, don't pick up after themselves in the common areas and/or don't follow the apartment building rules. This is especially bothersome as some residents who have discounted/subsidized rents seem even less inclined to abide by the same rules that full pay residents are obligated to follow.Property Manager Responded

December 5, 2024I’m still enjoying living here and am looking to upgrade to a 2 bedroom now. My only complaint is parking. Parking should be free considering I live here. The city of Chicago has put up a bunch of parking meters all around the building now making it impossible to find a park. I have a 1 year old and I don’t know how I’m going to do it when all the snow starts coming. The parking costs monthly and is a ridiculously high amount. It’s just not right to do to already paying residents. It’s not cheap ...to live here already.Property Manager Responded
