can raise the rent as much as they want or you can just move out! Those were literally their words. Cameras on site are never working. Gated community would be nice if indeed your property was safe. We have had multiple incidents with our cars. Which is extremely frustrating since management won’t deal with those issues. The gates are constantly not working correctly. We have also been dealing with homeless people living on top of our carports and management won’t do anything except tell you to deal with it by calling the police yourself. The water will be off for days with no notice from management, so you will have to deal with either renting a hotel room due to no hot water or deal with her ignoring your calls due to their issues. And this does occur often, more than what we would like to deal with since you don’t get refunded for dealing with their incompetence. Please note I am not writing this out of anger or because I’m upset. Just stating honest facts of living here.
