Poor management and high rent increase

Warning for potential tenants:
Here’s my story living here, through the years this place gets worse and worse, due to management on site.
She is extremely rude, has no respect for others, and will accuse with no knowledge. She has wrongfully made accusation multiple times and it’s extremely hectic dealing with her. She has left other people’s trash on our door steps to prove a point (childish behavior if you ask me). Rent increase is more than 20% every year, as management has stated to us, they ...
can raise the rent as much as they want or you can just move out! Those were literally their words.
Cameras on site are never working. Gated community would be nice if indeed your property was safe. We have had multiple incidents with our cars. Which is extremely frustrating since management won’t deal with those issues.
The gates are constantly not working correctly. We have also been dealing with homeless people living on top of our carports and management won’t do anything except tell you to deal with it by calling the police yourself.
The water will be off for days with no notice from management, so you will have to deal with either renting a hotel room due to no hot water or deal with her ignoring your calls due to their issues. And this does occur often, more than what we would like to deal with since you don’t get refunded for dealing with their incompetence.
Please note I am not writing this out of anger or because I’m upset. Just stating honest facts of living here.

I was/am looking to move closer to my Grandkids. I stopped by this Apartment Community and was toured by the Manager, Julie. The apartment grounds are so pretty and it's nice and quiet. The apartment I was shown was very nice and also really clean. Julie and I discussed the pet policy and since I have a dog and was not sure I would find my baby a new home, I did not rent there. However, Julie was so friendly and helpful! She gave me the names and phone numbers to 2 other apartment ...
communities that accept Dogs and in addition, showed my the Apartments.com website on my phone so that I could search for apartments that take dogs. Thanks to Julie, I did find a place that will allow my dog (my baby) and will be moving soon.
