August 24, 2025Poor security The bike rooms are vulnerable to theft. There are no lights and my bike was stolen by someone who wore a hat in the dark, so there was no way to identify them. They also bypassed the fob lock system. Many parcels go missing from the mail room as well. We pay for a parcel locker but it is only sometimes used--typically packages are left in plain sight on top of mail boxes. The last thing that hurts my experience is there are not enough places to charge my car. I am always worrying ...about finding a spot at the chargers, especially the one in the garage, since I pay for a garage space. I am worried about leaving my car outside the garage due to other thefts in the complex, like the bike and packages mentioned. All of this is shrugged off by the office staff, so I worry that my car getting stolen would be dismissed as inevitable as well.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 21, 2025Maintenance tech was great They resolved my 2 situations! I asked the tech to relay the message that when they tell me they are coming on Tuesday, I expect them to show up or call and tell me when they are coming. I work from home and it is distracting to expect someone any minute and then they don’t show up. It is all about communication and, they could do better.
