Great value for an appartment within 15 min of NJ Beaches

Unbeatable price for appartment within 15 minutes of NJ Shore beaches, bars and train to NY. Appartment has washer and dryer, very large rooms and plenty of parking. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming as is the staff. No noise and plenty of parking with generous sized parking spaces and a few well oversized spaces.

Grounds well kept but problems

I've lived here 25 years. The Grounds are well kept but there are problems with the hotwater heaters and the upgrades to the units.

I lived here for 3 years now and coulden't be happier I found that place. The staff is fantastic professional friendly and get things done. The neighbors are wonderful quiet respectful and very nice. The whole area is very serene and a minute from Jersey Shore hospital and right by the 18 exits. The apartments are on the older side nothing fancy but the kitchen appliances are brand new stainless steal they are also in the process of installing a washer and a dryer in the apartments which is ...
wonderful. The price is reasonable the grounds are kept very well maintained and if you are looking for a quiet safe friendly environment that's the place for you!
