GE Towers is amazing property to live on with a loving Property Manager (Felicia) and an Amazing Assistant manager (Shylonda)! Marcus is the best MAINTANCE supervisor weve ever had! He has an amazing system of getting maintenance request done promptly! Carlos make sure we feel safe here in our community and Ms. Maria keep our building clean! Bravo to this amazing team and the people that hired them!

The staff is very welcoming and loving. What I dislike about this property I believe has nothing to with the staff but residents and the property itself. The painting inside the units and appliances should bed updated as well as the flooring in kitchen and carpet. The trash in the parking deck, dumpster area, hallways, stairwells, and elevator is ridiculously disgusting. The smell in the hallways is foul. Parties being held outside with loud music disturbing other residents and kids at the ...

I lived at GE Towers for 16 years! I have seen a lot of property managers come and go and they really didnt make any changes for our community! Since, Ms. Felicia became our property manager things has changed! Because of her we have beautiful landscaping, hallways, she has community events, she always has something planned for our community during holidays and almost monthly....I feel safe because she truly enforced the rules here! Security is very present here! We have a excellent staff here ...
who goes out their way to make sure our our community is clean and apartments are up to code! This is not just a job for our property manager! This is her gift and her passion so she goes above and beyond the call of duty to make GE Towers feel like a home and very safe! She chooses her staff wisely! We are not just a resident to her but we are like family to her and her staff! She will do all she can to make you feel right at home! You will love living in our very clean, safe community!
