Roaches, mold, bad plumbing
December 31, 2024I’ve lived here for two years which is more than anyone should tolerate here. It’s infested with roaches and I’m not talking just my apartment but the whole complex. We have black mold in every vent and not once did they ever come change an air filter. I have rashes on my skin from the mold and a lot of my clothes and books are ruined. The plumbing is shot the toilet, kitchen sink and garbage disposal don’t work and I’ve put maintenance requests on but no one’s come for months. They mark it fixed ...on the website and then don’t come.Property Manager Responded

November 22, 2021Lived here for the past 4 months. Apts. are small but comfortable and place is quiet. BUUUT, EVERYDAY have encounters with roaches day and night, even after pest control coming in. Parking is a NIGHTMARE. Contract states no more than 2 vehicles per apt., but there are + than 2 for some apts. and they ALL park their cars, leaving no space for others. And there has been a junked car parked for + than a month taking up a space. Someone should be looking into this.Property Manager Responded

June 16, 2017Infested with bedbugs and roaches. I couldn't wait any longer for my lease to end, that I stayed with family for the last 3months. We were on the 1st floor, and had several complaints about the unit above leaking to our bathroom. Also, the water heater leaked once soaking up the bedroom carpet. Our AC went out. As we were in the process of moving, someone came in and stole some of our belongings. Come to find out, it was our neighbor.
