I want to give a HUGE shout out to Stella and Mary. Stella is the leasing agent at The Grammercy and she was there for the WHOLE year I rented from this property. She's kind, knowledgeable, and very fair. She reminded me numerous times of one of the golden rules to live by: Don't take anything personally. Mary is the manager at this property and let me tell you what! This lady gets things DONE!! They both were out on the property mowing and weeding the lawn this summer. They clean. They listen.
...They are consistent. They are fun and easy to talk to. They helped me get out of a bad situation. I loved my apartment!! It was a remodel and it was a safe, clean little sanctuary for the time I needed it to be. The ONLY reason I'm giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the new flood lights they put on people's balconies... I really do think it would be incredibly wise to put shades on them so they aren't streaming into people's homes all night. Also, that's the point of a balcony! To be a comfy, shaded spot to hang out. No one likes sitting on their balcony at night feeling like they're in a parking lot... But other than that, I appreciated this space and these lovely ladies more than I can convey in this little blurb. Thank you again, Stella and Mary! Good luck with everything!
