January 25, 2023Thank you for sharing your experience with us ; Cascavita has strived to make changes in the property and the community ; Cascavita was acquired back in February of 2022 the day after it was acquired we started working in improving the property through different projects such as landscaping , repainting the all the buildings and re paving the the parking areas to add more parking , also Cascavita started sending letters to all tenants about the new parking regulations to have all the cars register but certain day or their cars will be towed. The process of towing cars started this month of February but if you feel that your car was towed illegally please come to the office and speak with me Management and we will refund you the towed charge thanks.
