I have lived at Gable Oaks for almost four years. The location is very convenient to I-77 and the upcoming Panthers complex. The office staff are wonderful and very helpful! Good amenities and maintenance staff as well! I would highly recommend.

Rude and horrible staff and place is unsafe!

Horrible staff place is unsafe cars broken into and they give you 10 hours notice the night before they call the tow truck if you buy a new car and can’t go to the dmv over the weekend when they are closed to get the new plates. The staff is rude and ignorant and we would never have moved into here if we had known they treat their residents so badly!

Don'the believe everything they tell you. We moved out early but paid till the end of our lease. Got a bill from them saying I owe them money. Had the lights taken out of my name on the 10th of the month they want me to pay from the 10th to the 30th,even though I was not living there. Also no deposit back,and I left the place clean.

Maintenance is fast and friendly. The office is always nice. They take packages which is a bonus. The pool is kept clean. The staff does a good job keeping the grounds picked up. We have new fitness equipment and the pool got resurfaced before it opened. Even the roofs got redone so it looks so much nicer and my rent didn't get jacked up a ton of money like the properties around us have been doing to their tenants when they fix things up. Thanks Gable!

Gable Oaks is a wonderful complex. I've been here for almost two years and have been comfortable for its entirety. It's really a place to call home. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. They are very accurate on maintenance upkeep. They are pretty much always there when you need them. A pet friendly environment. My little guy loves it just as well. My neighbors are pretty great. I moved from out of state and this looks like a nice apartment with friendly management. Looks are deceiving. We were told everything that we found on the walk through would be fixed before we moved in. We were in a hotel for a week waiting for our stuff to arrive. They fixed nothing. We had to move in as we had no place else to go. The first night here I had to call the cops because the people above us were so loud and the kids were jumping around until after one in the morning. Then ...

other things started to go wrong in the apartment and the stuff that was supposed to be fixed still wasn't. So I visited the office everyday inquiring on when the stuff would be done. The office manager after a while told me "I can't you to get a house". Thought that was so nice of her, since they were the ones who didn't hold up there end of the bargain. I don't know how many times I was told as soon as the maintenance person was done with what he was doing he would come by. He never did. When they finally got around to fixing some things it was a month later. And now two months later I am still waiting for things to be done and have been told that some things won't be fixed because they work. They may work but not like they are supposed to. I had a running toilet and several leaky faucets. One is still dripping that I am waiting for it to be fixed and I have to pay the water bill so I am literally throwing money away. I have also had to call the cops for people smoking pot in the breeze ways. I wouldn't recommend living here to my worst enemy.
