I like the location and the apartments are pretty nice. Rent is too high and some fixtures around the facility haven’t been repaired or replaced.

So far so good, Maintance is done very fast and staff are friendly. Parking is convenient, location is bad right next to the 50 and across a supermarket.

Overall, my residency here at Gables has been good. Maintenance is very reliable. Location is great! Just wish I had a balcony. The rental office staff are new hopefully they will improve on Rental office and tenant relations.

Former resident here- I lived at gables Centerpointe for a year and I would highly recommend it to anyone I know. The building and grounds are excellent and management is always prompt with responding to maintenance requests.
