I love my apartment for what it’s been and because I’ve made it home but the area is largely under construction leaving many places without sidewalks. I struggle with the noise and several things that won’t fit here but I’m conflicted because I have been here for so many years. It’s been great in the past but the last 2 months have been largely inconvenient and very much not worth the amount my rent has increased since I moved here. Almost doubled in 3 years. At this point I’m regretting signing ...

Great location and most affordable place in the area. But very old building with lots of maintence and aesthetic issues. Staff is nice and tries to be as helpful as possible!

The move-in process was extremely easy. I submitted my application and had a response early the next business day and was able to get my keys and move in the next day. They did a great job!

The apartment at Gables Katy Trail is wonderful and the helpfulness of Jennifer and Bre in the office is exceptional. I did a lot of looking before deciding that Gables Katy Trail was the place for me.

I truly love it here. Nothing is perfect but this is home. Staff has changed but I’m sure once I get to know them they will feel as much like family as the old staff did

I love it here, affordable for the area, just need a little polishing. The staff is wonderful. The amenities are great, small gym but has everything you need.

Great building with a nice and quiet pool. Walking distance to many options for going out and getting dinner. The neighborhood is great and has low crime. Best part is it’s right off Katy Trail!

I’ve lived in tiny old apartments all the way to luxury apartments and this is by far my favorite place I’ve lived so far. It’s homey, perfect location, clean, and has all the amenities without feeling “sterile” like some luxury cookie cutter places do. 10/10.
