Many issues with towing visitors and car break ins. Water shut offs. Etc Biggest complaint is they don't enforce their after hour noise policy. Nightly noise issues with a neighbor that they won't resolve. Please look at other apts. I will be moving out when my leases up

I am extremely pleased to have lived in Gables Metropolitan Uptown for just over a year now. I have been here for 4 years and have really enjoyed the location it is fantastic …. The apartments themselves are decent and the Front Office Staff is okay along with the maintenance crew but my only issue is the lack of communication with the property themselves on helping figuring out a way to get my account current and in good standing once again to continue my stay with the property unfortunately but I would recommend the complex ????

Management is very complacent about noise and tenants breaking the rules in general. If you are stuck with a bad neighbor, you are on your own!

Best place ever to live. GMU is my home sweet home. I love this place, love staffs and neighbors around me. Space surrounded with plenty green trees which are blooming all year long.

I’ve loved living here so far. No issues and management is really professional. Amenities are great and parking is never an issue. Maintenance is always quick and they have event for the community often.

Overall I give a 4 out of 5. Staff are nice and helpful, especially the maintenance guys who are punctual and efficient and always wear good smiles. Several things to improve: 1. Most of delivery guys have difficulty in finding the vehicle entrance of the property even if I provided guidance; 2. The guest password for vehicle entrance never works; 3. A bit noisy at night with windows closed.
