    April 17, 2024
    Asked management if the building was pest free multiple times on the tour.. answered “yes, no pests of any kind” every time. Specifically asked about cockroaches because I saw other buildings in the area had them… again “no roaches”. Apartment had German cockroaches... Came out of the laundry room the night I moved in. Sprayed multiple times over three months and they just kept popping up. A lot of people moved out. They didn’t waive fees.

    Elevators out all the time, nobody from office communicates anything, ever. Location is good and unit is quiet but there are better options in this area.

    Great location but the building is not very sound-proof despite that it's concrete. It can be noisy with kids running around, dogs barking, and occasional pool parties. Delivery is not convenient.

    I have lived here for 2 years now and really love my apartment. I have a great floor plan at a decent price. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Neighbors are typically quite and respectful. Main downfall I have is the elevator breaking down pretty often. Though I will say there has been improvement over the past few months.

    The location is great, really safe for all the families, dog parents, new couple. There’s amazing locations that you can walk and have all these stores/restaurants really close by. Groceries, multiple restaurants, beauty shop/stores, cvs, it’s all walking distance.

    The experience living here has been great. the area is great, I have everything near. The amenities are great, for example the starbucks coffee (amazing!). I use a lot the gym and it has everything I need.
