It’s a wonderful building clean well taken care of and people are pleasant and kind. The office is always willing to help people and are very kind. I’ve lived here for 2 years and this is by far my favorite apartment. The neighborhood is very walkable, the management office is AMAZING, and maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. I highly recommend Upper Kirby!
