Noisy all of the time.
October 25, 2025I would give this place 0 stars if I could, it's a mess of noise at all hours of the day, well into the night. You're surrounded on all sides by dogs barking, and over a dozen kids crying or swearing and yelling racial slurs at the tops of their lungs and antagonizing animals. If you're someone that likes peace and quiet, stay away. If you're someone that has an animal, stay away. If you work remotely and spend a lot of time on the phone or in voice chats, stay away. Awesome
October 11, 2015My apartment is a great place to live, unfortunately my husband's wages are getting garnished and are now about to be homeless. I would love to get free rent for a year, so we plus are 5 year old son are not forced to live on the streets. The apartment has assigned parking, quiet neighbors, and the ladies in the office are very nice. Also, it's not far from the huge mall The Galleria.Review from Apartments.com

Anytime I need anything they come to fix it right away (if not the same day within 24 hrs). The landscape is beautiful and well kept; also the property is quiet with mostly families living here.
