I love living here
July 16, 2022Despite the fact that my car got stolen twice in the street, in front of the building I love living here. The building is quiet and management takes care of me. I love using online system to pay rent and put in maintenance orders. They come same day to fix.Review from Apartments.com
lived here for 4 years
April 16, 2022Management changes so often that it is impossible to ever know who to contact for anything. They don't help with anything / very very poor communication. The area was nice and safe just in 2018. But ever since 2020 it's been going downhill FAST. Police helicopters every night, nosier / dirtier tenants, PAPER THIN CEILING/FLOORS, old-school gated elevator is just old and unkept. Look somewhere else, trust.Review from Apartments.com
i live here
March 24, 2021The apartment is in good shape, but the management keeps changing the office workers, so you never have a specific person to speak to, if you have a problem . Also homeless have started to move in the neighborhood. At one point there were homeless inside the building smoking. Garbage is always full and it spills onto the street. And the tenants leave discarded furniture in the lobby. Think twice of renting.Review from Apartments.com
