May 22, 2025Staying at Galleria Oaks Apartments has been a great experience. The location is great—right in the Uptown Galleria area, within walking distance of Galleria Mall. The apartments themselves are well-designed, offering open floor plans, hardwood flooring, tile countertops, and in-unit washer/dryer. The leasing office staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled efficiently. May 2, 2025We’ve lived at Galleria Apartments for the past four years and overall have had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything we need—and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. However, over the past year, we’ve experienced ongoing issues that have become increasingly difficult to live with. The most frustrating of these are recurring water outages, which have been happening at least once a month and can last anywhere from one to three days. ...These outages are out of our control and have made daily living quite inconvenient. We’ve appreciated our time here, but the recent challenges have unfortunately affected our overall experience.Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2025I’ve been living here since 2022. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the leasing staff to maintenance staff, they are all amazing and always ready to help you out. Marisol is one of the sweetest and most understanding and helpful person I’ve met. She always goes above and beyond to make sure any issues I have are taken care off. May 1, 2025I have lived in this community for five years and I have no complaint. I have felt very safe. The office staff is very attentive and responds quickly to your needs. The maintenance staff responds almost instantly when there is a maintenance concern. I initially had parking concerns because there is no assigned parking but there are plenty parking spaces close to your apartment to not even be concerned. Overall, this is a very quiet, safe, comfortable, beautiful garden vibe, small community, ...to love to live in.Property Manager Responded

May 2, 2025It’s been pretty good so far, I hate the convenience fees on the app thats added to my rent or but I enjoy the plants and the pools. The laundry is kind of far and I wish I knew about other parts of the complex like the roof garden, it’s really beautiful up there.Property Manager Responded
