September 22, 2025The apartment is still quiet and friendly but the stairs by my apartment is very loose and do not like the feel or the look of that. It’s fine when you go upstairs but when you go down them it shakes back and forth.Property Manager Responded

September 4, 2025The location is great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner, and the community itself is quiet and peaceful. The biggest downside is that there have been ongoing utility issues — at least once a month, either electricity or water goes out. Management from Hell
August 13, 2025The apartment was in decent shape while I lived there. However, out of all the places I've lived, this is by far and away my worst experience with apartment management. The management is flat-out vindictive. They will try to nickel and dime you for every potential cost regarding moveout and be confrontational at every turn. The residents were good while I lived there; however, the management makes it impossible for me to recommend living here because they are nasty and treat the residents with an ...entitled air of superiority I've never seen before in my life.Property Manager Responded
