September 4, 2025The location is great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner, and the community itself is quiet and peaceful. The biggest downside is that there have been ongoing utility issues — at least once a month, either electricity or water goes out. Management from Hell
August 13, 2025The apartment was in decent shape while I lived there. However, out of all the places I've lived, this is by far and away my worst experience with apartment management. The management is flat-out vindictive. They will try to nickel and dime you for every potential cost regarding moveout and be confrontational at every turn. The residents were good while I lived there; however, the management makes it impossible for me to recommend living here because they are nasty and treat the residents with an ...entitled air of superiority I've never seen before in my life.Property Manager Responded

July 30, 2025No matter what assistance is needed, the staff are always there with a smile on their face. The grounds are maintained beautifully and maintenance crews are top notch. The management and maintenance teams are friendly, responsive, and truly care about the residents. Anytime I had a question or request, it was handled quickly and professionally. The apartments themselves are well-designed, offering open floor plans, hardwood flooring, tile countertops, and in-unit washer/dryer.
