I’m still in the process of moving, but the office staff have been very helpful. My apartment was not fully clean on my move-in date, but they took care of it as soon as I mentioned it. So far, the complex seems clean and safe.

Very nice scenery I love the pool and the jacuzzi the community is very quiet and beautiful. It feels very safe with the gate codes and I haven’t had any problems so far!

Honestly, best place to live at! I’ve been here since 2023 and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. The other day I had a problem in my apartment and needed fixed right away. I talked to the leasing office and within two hours, maintenance was here fixed the problem, cleaned up after and left in less than 30 min. From leasing office to maintenance staff, they are absolutely amazing and I would recommend this place to everyone!

My time at Galleria Oaks has been honestly one of my best experiences out of all the apartments I’ve stayed in across Houston, Texas. This by far has been the best as far as the office. They stay on top of it ! What makes it even better is the maintenance team really makes them the all-star team. If you’re thinking about staying here, I highly recommend it.

Great place to stay but it’s a very old complex could use some touches on the plumbing as it’s subpar and the water pressure is terrible for the showers. All in all, not a bad place to live
