New management is ruining a beautiful spot
July 16, 2022Save yourself the trouble and live elsewhere. The out of town owners have left this building with no local management. From unanswered communication (like 0 response ever) to sitting outside in the winter for over an hour at 10pm when the fire alarm went off and the fire department couldn’t get in touch with anyone to reset the fire panel (firefighters on the way in said to please contact mgmt and tell them to do better). It’s such a shame such a beautiful building is being so badly mismanaged. ...All the 5 star ratings are from when the previous owners had a full time property manager on site.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 29, 2020Overall, best place to live if you are a mature professional who doesn't want to live in a frat house environment. Large beautiful loft apartments in factory-chic style. The only building I looked at downtown where you can't hear your neighbors through the walls/floors/ceilings. Nice neighbors, lots of pet dogs rescued from shelters. October 26, 2020The Gallery Lofts is a great place to live. The building is lovely; the "factory-chic" style is beautiful. Also, Gallery Lofts is perhaps the only converted factory loft apartment building in Winston-Salem that is of true structural quality, meaning that I cannot hear my neighbors through the walls, ceiling, or floors. I also like that in general, there seem to be true grown ups living here: there are not constant frat parties going on like the Link Apartments next door. My neighbors seem to ...all be professionals who own rescue dogs. And, Lucas, our building manager is top notch. The amenities are well maintained.
