I submitted an application with them on the 12th and received a conditional approval letter. They ran my credit history and everything. After a few business days without hearing back, I decided to follow up. The woman who answered the phone told me they would call when they knew. It’s been almost a full month and no one has reached out with either an approval or rejection.
