I moved in at the beginning of March and it has made my school life so much easier. I was driving from Lincoln, Alabama to Jacksonville everyday, and since I have moved here I am so much closer to the school! The room is perfect as well as my roommates! I absolutely love it here!

I’ve been residing in Gamecock Village for about a year now. The staff is very communicative and does not leave their tenants in the dark. The apartments are really nice as well. A full walk in closet, a personal bathroom, and a full bedroom for this price is very hard to come by these days. It is amazing.
Rude and unhelpful management, COCKROACHES GALORE

If you love cockroaches, this is the place for you. During my time there, I dealt with MASSIVE amounts of cockroaches. After multiple spraying attempts, it clearly was not working and my issue was not being addressed until I spoke out loud enough and became a headache for them. THEN, after my roommate and I moved to a different room at Gamecock, our prices were NOT the same! And for no explainable reason. When I e-mailed the company that owns Gamecock Village, I received an extremely rude phone ...
call from someone on the Gamecock Village management staff and was talked down to quite a bit about the issue. Very unprofessional, not clean, different pricing for different people for no discernible reason, would highly recommend looking ANYWHERE else!

The apartment itself is nice. My complaint is the management and maintenence. First, the management isn't helpful with anything besides collecting rent. Second, the maintenance here is extremely incompetent. They never actually fix anything here. Our washer is the biggest concern. For months we've complained that it hasn't ran cold water, only hot, which drives the power bill up. The maintenance claimed to have fixed the problem, but they only switched the hot and cold water switches. So now, the ...

A 3 bdr, 3 bth apartment for only $400/month is unbelievable. For my husband, myself, and our children this home would be ideal because it is close to our work. The complex looks nice and family friendly. Rent free for the rest of our lives would be a blessing!
