Wasn’t worth it
June 13, 2022Two positive things are true about this place. These apartments are very affordable for the area. The grounds are kept nice. Many of the other tenants are very rude and will yell at you for no reason. The manager plays favorites and doesn’t take concerns seriously. You will be told you’re the problem if the manager has loyalty towards another tenant regardless of their behavior. Yelling and disrespecting others is just the norm. We were told we are too sensitive. It shocked us that the manager ...thinks that kind of communication is normal. You feel like you’re constantly on eggshells. Maybe for a single person who is hardly home with a job somewhere this place could work but I don’t recommend it for people who are active or have a family. The lease termination is obscenely overpriced or we would have moved yesterday.Property Manager Responded

Excellent service

Love living here
February 28, 2020Moved in about 2 years ago and have had absolutely not problems. From the very first day, Sue and Steve have been responsive and professional. They care about the tenants as well as making sure everything works. When there is an issue, the jump on it to make.sure it gets resolved. They also make sure the grounds are well kept. February 2, 2018Had the opportunity to visit Garden Court Apts while apartment hunting. From the moment I called to the end of my visit Sue was a very pleat individual explaining everything I needed to know about the complex. Wonderful Community
December 10, 2015What can I say... I really love this place. My wife and I were very particular about choosing where we wanted to stay especially having two young children. This place has a great community feel. The manager Sue has always been so good to my family from listening to our needs to simply offering up smiles daily. This place really feels like home. June 14, 2013I have lived here for over 8 years, and have seen only the complex get better with each year. Most of this is due to Sue and Jesus. I love the new color scheme of the complex, it looks less institionlized and more like a home. Sue is always so nice when I do have a complaint or need. Jesus takes care of things so fast. I don't think I have waited more than 1/2 hour to have something fixed or at least looked at to be fixed. I would recommend this apt. for singles and families.Review from Apartments.com

July 29, 2013My family and I are almost 2 years living at garden court apartment. We love it a lot except for the stairs we have to go up and down on (we stay on the 2nd floor). Sue is a great manager. She is very friendly and takes care of business. She is always on top of things. The apartment all around is very well taken care of. The pool area, laundry area, parking area and the garbage area are well kept. Staff are friendly and on top of things. We like the neighborhood and our neighbors. January 30, 2014I want to share with others who might be looking in the area for an apartment,my satisfaction with the management here at Garden Court. Sue, our resident manager is very helpful and provides residents with full time service to this apartment community. I can speak from my own experience when recently I had a problem with the local utility company. I sat in the office as Sue took care of the situation in a very professional manner and was also able to provide me with a refund. I also have had ...maintenance requests that were taken care of the day I had reported the need for service. Jesus the maintenance man does a great job in providing services that are needed by tenants and the upkeep of the apartment complex. I have been very happy with my time spent here and appreciate the service that we are provided by both Sue and Jesus. The neighbors that I have met during my last four years of residence are very enjoyable and I enjoy my contacts with them.Those needing the use of the freeway for work or pleasure activities will find the 880 onramp with in minutes. Children can finally play
June 4, 2013My Children were finally able to use the pool and the yard this week-end. It was amazing. No screaming, screeching children. A good time was had by several families instead of just a few. My Neighbors and I are hoping that those children will not be back so our children can enjoy their time in the yard also. The Manager seems overwhelmed with children who are rude, throw balls and rocks, and are constantly running out in the driveway.
