  • Overpriced !

    February 17, 2020
    These places have serious issues with termites, mice, old HVAC units, flooding, and major roof problems. Roof leaks have done damage to my apartment 3 times. Maintenance is incompetent, management is greedy & unfriendly. They charge way above market rates for old, outdated buildings badly in need of major repairs. You’ll be very sorry if you move here. (If you DO move on here, buy renters insurance to protect your stuff!)

  • Excellent place to live

    We have lived here for almost 5 years, we love it. Great location, beautiful grounds, good floor plans to choose from, and it's quite and friendly. We have some owner problems in the past, but new owners are really making some wonderful changes. Maintenance is very timely and correct. Communication between management and residence is excellent. Come home to Garden Gate, you will be very glad you did.
