They really, really want to keep your deposit
May 11, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comIf you take care of a place, you expect your deposit to be refunded. I helped a tenant of 5 years clean out a unit. There had been no damage and they never put anything on the walls (no nails, tape, stickers, etc). The refund of the deposit was tiny partly because THEY CHARGED $50 for paint! They charged for cleaning, tho it was clean, and anyway they were going to replace all carpeting and appliances. Also, they screwed up by charging for having an uninsured apt, not true at all, completely ...GP's fault, which they admitted after tenant told them. Also, they "lost" the forwarding address and suggested they would just return any mail to sender, including the deposit refund, of course.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Absolute Great Place to Live

Ark students as it's within walking distance of campus, and if you don't like walking, there's a bus stop that picks up at the apartment complex. 2. Location again, it's literally right next to Harps grocery store, walking distance to a couple restaurants/bars, and relatively close to the razorback greenway. 3. Apartments are great, clean, modern, spacious, especially ones with the vaulted ceilings. 4. Community is great, especially for dog lovers. Cute dog park on ...site. 5. Most importantly, management was awesome. They were always responsive to requests, and all around great people. I love my apartment and we've have several property managers in the meantime. However this year I'm incredibly impressed by the new management of Garden Park. I especially love that the staff and maintenance crew remember me and are always friendly and kind. I've had a couple of issues pop up over the last year and staff have been on top of it and helpful. February 14, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI have been a resident of Garden Park for going on a year now. Maintenance has always been helpful and even assisted me in hanging my blinds. The office people always get back to me right away if I have any questions or need anything. Getting my coffee in the clubhouse every morning is a great!! Garden Park is close to everything I need to go to. I would recommend this property to everyone it is a hidden gem.
