This apartment is a blast to the past, and shows its age. Tree roots uprooting the foundation, carpet glued to cement without padding and insulation, and outdated appliances. The only reason this even gets a review is it's cheap - But renter beware. You will have a hover-landlord that infiltrates your privacy without notice, and increases rent without reason. God speed to those still in this complex... You'll need it!
