I have lived at this complex for a couple of years now, the management and maintenance has ALWAYS been very helpful. They make sure to respond back in a timely manner along with making any repairs in a timely manner. The community itself is very friendly and quiet.

Have been living here for a few months now and love it! The property is very quiet, and I feel very safe living here. Management and maintenance are very nice and super tentative to the property. I plan on staying here and renewing my lease as long as I can! Def recommend to all looking for a wonderful place to stay.
Worst apartment and management

We moved here right after having our first baby. It was our first apartment so we didn’t need anything fancy and we liked the area here. This one one of the worst mistakes we had ever made. My 6 month old daughter had black knees and hands from crawling on the carpet, we were INFESTED with cockroaches. We told the manager and she doesn’t have much to say about anything and kind of makes you feel like your being dramatic, so she sprayed for us 2 times but we remained infested since no one eles was ...
sprayed. Water is shut off randomly without notice which is always pleasant. In the middle of summer our ac unit went out, Niomi the manager was very rude and basically told us we were lying because it was a new unit, although the only reason she decided to give us a new one was because it “had mold growing inside.” So my daughter was breathing in mold. We got out after our year lease was up, we’ll what we thought was a lease. She ended up telling us that we were never even on a lease.. weird because I kept all my paper work and she had put a note on our door to renew our lease.. anyways if your thinking of moving here.. just don’t. I hated living there I was disgusted with my home for a year. It’s infested with bugs, it’s not updated AT ALL, and the manager is pretty rude and doesn’t like to fix anything or better the apartments. I’ve never been so happy to leave.

I have lived here for about a year now. Before moving here, I had lived in a few complexes, but this is the first one that ever felt like home. This is really the perfect place to live. The complex is always very clean and taken care of. The neighbors are so sweet and they keep to themselves. The on-site manager, Naomi, is AMAZING. She has been so helpful since day 1, and she's seriously all we could ever ask for in a manager. Anytime we have reached out, she has been quick to respond and help in ...
any way that she can. I have never had any sort of problem with neighbors, management, or bugs here. Everything has always been clean and the people have always been nice. My family loves living here, and we plan to stay for as long as we can. We truly feel lucky to have found this place. Besides being such a great place, it's very safe. We've never had anything sketchy happen here. It's also a great area if you have children you're sending to school! We couldn't ask for anything more.

I would give zero stars. They claim to be pet friendly yet they turned the sprinkler on me my 15-year-old dog and my other pup with no apology and try to get upset at me over it. The landlord will harass people you will need an attorney if you want to live here I am a resident here and it is the worst decision I’ve made I am talking legal action. If you value your privacy and your sanity and your pets choose wisely and don’t come here Garden Villa Apartments is the worst place to be. She lets her ...
