Offers 2-bedroom / 2-bath and 1-bedroom / 1-bath duplex homes equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer hook ups, ceiling fans, carpeting, and mini-blinds. Our affordable homes are available to Seniors 55 & better or persons of disability at any age. Two homes have wheelchair accessible kitchen and shower. Each home is internet and cable ready. Cable service available through the property at a discounted rate. A large community room is available for residents. The community room has a kitchen with tables and chairs to provide a dining area to entertain extra family and guests. An additional living room area offers a larger place to relax and visit. An on-site coin washers and dryers laundry is available for use with a workstation area. Residents have a community garden, horseshoe pit and outside sitting area.
