July 20, 2015Clean family oriented community. I feel a little bait and switched... I am a single lady and I love the apartment and the layout, amenities, price... but the rules are a little strange. I want to move my boyfriend in and the last piece of paperwork signed at leasing indicates you cannot move in a roommate that does not have a 6 month previously documented positive rental history with... Still love the unit but... odd and inflexible.Review from Apartments.com
