      Great Building!

      We have lived at the Garey Building for four years and have really enjoyed our time here! Maintenance at this complex is also excellent! Especially Manny, he is incredibly responsive and is always able to quickly fix any issues we’ve had.

      The maintenance guys are fast! Our AC shut off on a 90 degree summer day during a World Cup watch party. We gave them a call and they came really quick. We had a much cooler day. Cool guys, as well.

      Manny always completes repairs promptly, accurately, and courteously. Whenever I have issues such as a burned out bulb, clogged drain, or issues with an appliance, it is completed within the next day, often times in a matter of hours. This makes living in the Garey building stress free!

      Fixed my broken patio lock less than 24 hours after reporting it on the portal. Manny was wonderful and worked fast at the replacing the broken lock with a brand new lock.

      This review is for the maintenance department at the building and not for the overall experience of living in the building itself, nor the management. You need a light bulb changed you’re asked to write a review. Honestly, it’s a misleading tactic to get positive reviews for a corporate-run building that leaves a lot to be desired in the management department.
