      I love the location, amenities, and quality/availability of customer service on site! It’s so nice having the Metro, groceries, coffee shops and restaurants walking-distance from my apartment and having a gym on site has been life changing

      We have lived at the Garey Building for four years and have really enjoyed our time here! Maintenance at this complex is also excellent! Especially Manny, he is incredibly responsive and is always able to quickly fix any issues we’ve had.

      Manny always completes repairs promptly, accurately, and courteously. Whenever I have issues such as a burned out bulb, clogged drain, or issues with an appliance, it is completed within the next day, often times in a matter of hours. This makes living in the Garey building stress free!

You need a light bulb changed you’re asked to write a review. Honestly, it’s a misleading tactic to get positive reviews for a corporate-run building that leaves a lot to be desired in the management department.
