Most prospects, see the apartment first then fill out the application and drop them off at the office. If you filled it out on line, we don't process them unless we have an apartment available. This year, 2023 has been a different year, not much movement in apartments, feel free to go on a waiting list.

Best Apartment Complex Around
February 5, 2020I lived in the Gateway Apartments less than a year. I had to move due to a job change. My time at Gateway was incredible. The property manager Donna was kind and professional. She went out of her way to accommodate any needs that I had. Community is quiet and welcoming. Grounds are extremely well kept and maintenance is extremely responsive. Absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a luxury feel for an affordable price.Review from Apartments.com
