Nice apartments awesome area.very convenient location.However, the only respectful and professional one I've meant and spoken with was Stacey. New manager appears mean insensitive definitely not a ppl person. Maintenance slow and inconsistent. Managers are to manage not dictate

I have been a resident of Gateway Apts for 15 years now. Property inside and out is kept maintained. The Property Manager is fantastic, he is always finding ways to improve anything that needs improved. I have no problems with the neighbors. I really like living here. Really nice place to live.
