BAD!!

First let me start off with the poor parking, let me tell you, what better way to spend just over 20,000 dollars!! For a parking spot in the garage, thats rediculus, i have a friend that lives in new symrna beach on the beach in a condo that get FREE indoor garage parking with over 10 security cameras, FOR FREE and rent was only 110 dollars more!! Now let go to the people that live here, i got complained on for doing 7 mph in the parking lot saying i was going way over the 5mph speed limit, LOL, ...
and for parking in the non assigned parking spaces outside!!! The only reason why i gave this place 1 star was for the security, the onsite security gaurd was extremly nice and helped me with anything i needed or needed to be done, what a better way to get an entrence than to have a very nice and kind person greet you like he did, was extremly happy with him!!! So my reason for this review was for the poor parking, and poor respect you get around this place, oh and the view is nice, would only recomend to someone who is staying for a couple of days and not to live here because of the unreasonable rules and poor quality of the building!!

I found my apartment on a site. Honestly I cannot remember the site but I'm sure it was if not a site like Apartment.com. I would like to give my gratitude to the service that I received through sites like yours. I have to say with so many potence and so many people in need of apartments it gives me great pleasure to know I'm able to go and see what's available how much it's for without being judged! Thank you.. Now about the apartment I live and it is amazing I live on the riverfront with views ...
out of this world neighbors who absolutely respect and welcome me! It is a condominium but more than 30% of the units are rentals has a clubhouse to die for :) I have a one bedroom two baths . Riverfront that is St. Johns River and Lake Monroe beautiful new appliances . Security that lives on the premises and actually works and cares about the people in he assist most tenants and personal odd jobs. Any one would love it:) I never thought I would find a place so nice for the money.
