Great apartments
March 24, 2024Moved here because it had the amenities of a luxury apartment, but was still in my price range. I've lived here for about 6 months and have had no major problems. Facilities respond in a timely manner, the area is safe, and there is so much within driving and walking distance. As I live in the apartment I notice some imperfections, but nothing that would make me want to move out. As for the cons, I have noticed that some of the community area things have started to depreciate. For example, I ...used to love coming by the coffee bar to grab something for late night study sessions. They used to have cold creamer, honey sticks, a variety of tea, hot chocolate, chai latte, etc. The last time I went, they had no cups available, got rid of the tea, creamer and honey, and the hot chocolate wasn't working. I'm pretty disappointed, especially since this stop was one of my favorites, but the apartment is still great.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
December 14, 2022I moved here over the summer and have lived living here. The gym is great and I am often the only one using it. The Starbucks machine in the clubhouse has saved me so much money on coffee. Highly recommend living here and the maintenance staff is quick to complete work orders.Property Manager Responded

A must see place
October 17, 2022I moved here from Idaho 5 months ago site unseen with my dog Ruger. What I love the most is they made him part of the entire process and he loves the trails and ponds. Meghan and Brianna made sure I understood all steps of the leasing process all the way to coming in and getting my keys. Maintenance even introduced their selves and to this day Jordan, and Matt stop and chat. They really made me feel like part of the property.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Staff, views, neighbors and maintenance
October 17, 2022I moved here from out of state and was really nervous and the office staff was very patient with me. I didn't know what I wanted or exactly when I was going to move, no matter when I called Meghan, Brianna, or Robyn were always kind, responsive, and patient. When I got here I was amazed, there are ponds, walking trails, 24/7 club house and fitness center and my neighbors are awesome. I haven't had any maintenance issues but every time I see a maintenance person they wave and ask if everything ...is ok, who does that these days. I totally recommend anyone to at least give them a chance and tour. I really don't think you will regret it, I don't.Property Manager Responded

It’s OKAY
January 31, 2022We loved this complex initially. We got lucky with a quiet unit and loved the area. Started to slowly realize things were very cheaply made. The complex advertises all these fun baskets and stuff to win and never announces winners after asking for follows - aka they just want the follows and social media interaction. Your mail will always get lost. You have to worry about someone taking your package 24/7. On move out, they will try to charge you for EVERYTHING although the units were very cheaply ...made. I’ve lived in SEVERAL apartments and have never had this issue. There’s ALWAYS construction. Workers took over half the parking lot by our unit and never work. Not all it cracks up to be
February 2, 2021It seems nice but that's only because it's newly built. When you get closer you realize how cheaply things are done. Noise is an issue. Worst apartment I have ever rented in terms of that. I can hear everything going on in my neighbors apartment. Most of the staff are nice, except the manager. She is quite rude.
