Unprofessional Leasing
May 2, 2024This is my second time being denied an apartment because NO ONE literally no one reached out to me with a proper update/response to the status of my application. They’ll act like they’re interested in helping but they’re truly not they’re so unserious about the business that comes their way. The only reason I had any info on my application is because I REACHED out not once did they reach back out. They’ll receive info on your app and do nothing with it unless you ask or make it evident. They ...don’t communicate well with each other or applicants, had 3 different agents on my profile and each one didn’t know anything like the one before. I’ve been dealing with this since Dec. 2K23 they have no regard or respect for your time. All this wasted time could’ve been used to apply elsewhere. I don’t want to imagine even living here if this is how they are before approval no cameras or security on premises/ high school students frequent and vandalize property/ horrible management teamRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
