About Gateway by Vintage
We are opening a new community in Spanaway called Gateway by Vintage that will have availability of 2 bed 1 bath and 3 bed 2 bath apartment homes this Spring 2019. We are running a 6-12 month waiting list for our 1 bed 1 bath homes. We accept dogs, cats and fish and have breed restrictions for dogs. There is a $500 pet deposit per pet and a $25 pet fee per month per pet. Our requirements are as follows: Cannot have over $6,000 in collections, Cannot have above 60% of your credit accounts in a delinquent state, no misdemeanors or felonies in the last 10 years, no evictions in the last 10 years, no money owed from prior rentals, and no active bankruptcies. We are an affordable housing community, so we have income restrictions based on household size. The annual gross household income restrictions are as follows: 1 person: 31,380 2 people: 35,820 3 people: 40,320 4 people: 44,760 5 people: 48,360 6 people: 51,960 7 people: 55,560 We offer: 1 bed 1 bath, 687 sqft, $774 per month, including water, sewer, garbage. Deposit ranges from $300-$774 ($300 to hold apartment) **OVER 1 YEAR WAITING LIST** 2 bed 1 bath, 833 sqft, $926 per month, including water, sewer, garbage. Deposit ranges from $400-$926 ($400 to hold apartment) 3 bed 2 bath, 1034 sqft, $1065 per month, including water, sewer, garbage. Deposit ranges from $500-$1065 ($500 to hold apartment) Application fees are $35 per adult and we do require the minimal deposit of the size of home you prefer to begin the application process, all fees must be paid in money order or cashier's check.
