Nice little townhomes
October 6, 2015Parklane Court is one of the nicest places in Spanaway. The 2 bdrms Townhomes are quiet and we rarely if ever hear our neighbor, and she has a little dog. Many of the interiors are being updated. Gated community thwarts crime. There is a washer/dryer in unit and rent can't be beat. Around 1000 dollars is rent, w/s/g AND cable paid. The only drawback is it is on a very busy street by the fire station. In the summer it's a little noisier but with affordable rent and nice homes, we can deal with the ...cars.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 7, 2014Ive lived in the area for years. This is a very nice place for a rental. All the other apartments I've seen haven't been this nice. Very happy with the location... the inside of the townhome. The staff very nice and very helpful.
