Nice little townhomes

Parklane Court is one of the nicest places in Spanaway. The 2 bdrms Townhomes are quiet and we rarely if ever hear our neighbor, and she has a little dog. Many of the interiors are being updated. Gated community thwarts crime. There is a washer/dryer in unit and rent can't be beat. Around 1000 dollars is rent, w/s/g AND cable paid. The only drawback is it is on a very busy street by the fire station. In the summer it's a little noisier but with affordable rent and nice homes, we can deal with the ...

The townhomes are perfect. They have large bedrooms and closet space, a little fenced in yard area and lots of ammenties on the property. Everything stays well maintained and any workorders or help from the manager is responded to quickly.

Ive lived in the area for years. This is a very nice place for a rental. All the other apartments I've seen haven't been this nice. Very happy with the location... the inside of the townhome. The staff very nice and very helpful. The price is great for the for a gated community and everything else that is offered.
