The improvements around the property have been noticeable, and it’s great to see management investing in the community and making things better for residents. One of the best additions has been the new shuttle service for students attending the University of Houston and Texas Southern University. It’s a huge convenience and shows they are paying attention to residents’ needs. I also want to give a special shout-out ...to Mr. P, the shuttle driver. He’s the coolest bus driver ever! Always friendly, professional, and positive, and he genuinely cares about the students and residents he serves. He makes every ride a little better and is a great representative of the community. Keep up the great work, Gateway at Cullen! It’s nice to see positive changes happening.Read More

But with these new guys, it is very different. They keep it clean and tidy, and they are always attentive to what we need. Truly, the radical change is amazing.
