Very pleased by the new management they have been implementing new policies and upkeeps to keep the apartment complex tidy such as fixing the paint on the floor and hallways and adding things to the gym such as the tv and shades. They also have been adding more events and changing up the staff which is nice to see.

Gateway at Cullen has come a long way since the new management team took over. The improvements around the property have been noticeable, and it’s great to see management investing in the community and making things better for residents. One of the best additions has been the new shuttle service for students attending the University of Houston and Texas Southern University. It’s a huge convenience and shows they are paying attention to residents’ needs. I also want to give a special shout-out ...
to Mr. P, the shuttle driver. He’s the coolest bus driver ever! Always friendly, professional, and positive, and he genuinely cares about the students and residents he serves. Living here is incredible. Previously it was horrible; the past management did nothing, and we had an infestation of rats and insects. But with these new guys, it is very different. They keep it clean and tidy, and they are always attentive to what we need. Truly, the radical change is amazing.
