Decent but with pitfalls
September 30, 2019The apartments are spacious, the decks are long and the landlord is reasonable but there are definitely pitfalls.... * Apartments aren't well insulated and leak like a sieve. Utility bills are through the roof because of this. * Front door buzzers don't always work so you may or may not get notified that there is someone waiting to be buzzed in for you * Bathrooms require weekly cleaning to keep mold and mildew down to a minimum * If anyone is smoking in their apartment above you it's more ...likely than not going to find it's way into your apartment * Only lock on the door is a deadbolt and half the time the doors barely latch.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
