Inconvenience abounds

This is definitely not a 21 unit place it's 18 units. No high-speed internet, no dishwasher. Located near the VA Hospital, decent bus routes. Not good for shopping unless you really like walking more than half a mile from bus stops, you need a vehicle for heavy groceries.
