I feel like the gym should be 24/7 for tenants and most of the time the gym is close more than it’s open… the hours for the gym on range from about 10-6 every day which is wild to me.. this issue needs to be fixed if you offer amenities.. like a gym it should be available at all time for tenants.Property Manager Responded

During the communication the resident has been notified of the warranty and response time for the needed part of your appliance. The staff will continue to update you on the timeline of your warranty repair. The gym has not opened 24 hours because the office would not be secured. Management has advised all prospects and resident that once the special order is received the gym or other amenities will not be accessible and this decision was made with the betterment of the residents in mind. We appreciate your understanding to this concern.
