The landlord/owner only cares about making money. Good luck getting anyone to answer an emergency maintenance call or to professionally repair anything without him trying to charge you after you move out, or pointing out things that need to be repaired before you move in only to still need to be repaired/replaced after you move out. ITS A JOKE!!!
