March 4, 2026Though the property has an on-site property manager, management of the interior up keep, is non-existing! Long term tenants 5yrs and above, get zero updates to their apts! This includes no paint, no water stain repair due to leaking pipes, leading to black mold. 72 hrs to clear parking lot of snow, whether it be 2” or 22”. Upon move in, everything is brand new….as wear & tear from normal use begins, you’re on your own.Review from Apartments.com
