Kind of new tenant at Georgetown Manor

My last apartment sucked. This one is really nice, decent prices,and the amenities are really nice too, there's an indoor year round pool which is very clean, there's a gym, there's a pool/ping pong table room and across from that is a little sitting room with couches and movies you can exchange with other tenants or just meet somebody you don't want to bring up to your apartment. limited visitor parking, but, that's minor compared to my last place. The grounds are very well maintained and it seems that the maintenance requests are done quite expeditiously and the staff is no nonsense but friendly, all the things that kind of matter with an apartment building.
And so far most of the neighbors seem to be pretty friendly. The laundry rooms have folding tables there's quite a few machines and it's pretty clean. Just get there early before people like me take up four machines
