High price for an aging property.
September 11, 2022Rental increases every year, poor design. Lack of granite countertops. Nasty smelling garage. People steal from the the. Mail room. The ac units have not been throughly cleaned in over a decade. They paint over mold.Property Manager Responded

Georgetown Square is regularly recognized as a top-tier community, both by its residents and within the industry. It was recognized as an AOMA of WI (Apartment Owners and Managers Association) Property of the Year. Our residents enjoy and appreciate our many amenities including our gorgeous clubhouse with party room and catering kitchen, which is available to residents for private rental. We have a beautiful fitness center, free Wi-Fi, business center, heated pool with sundeck, and free golf privileges at Storm’s driving range or Brookfield Hills golf course. Our heated, underground parking is included. Apartments include 9-foot ceilings, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, patio or deck. You made a statement about mold and yet not one resident has brought this to our attention. And as your review is anonymous, we ...are unable to reach out to you directly.

Amazing apartments - 10/10
June 13, 2021I relocated to the area in early January of this year. I have lived in quite a few apartments over the years and this has been the best by far. The location is great as it is off the main road, but set far enough back that you aren’t looking or hearing the traffic. The staff is amazing! Patricia and Kasey are so nice and have been very responsive in answering questions or concerns whether it’s by phone or email. Some people say the walls are thin but honestly I haven’t had that issue. Overall I ...love the location, the underground garage (HUGE plus for me especially in the winter), and the helpful staff. I will definitely be recommending these apartments to anyone moving in the area.Property Manager Responded

AMAZING in every way!
May 22, 2021Georgetown is amazing! The location is perfect. Right in-between all of the action, yet tucked away to make it feel secluded and safe. They are very responsive and helpful in anything that may happen during your lease. On top of that, the amenities are amazing and the apartments themselves are updated and perfect size, roomy yet cozy! Patricia helped me with the move in process and she was so sweet and amazing the whole time. I definitely feel welcomed and excited to extend my stay in Georgetown! ...:)Property Manager Responded

Bugs, Walls very thin, Discourteous neighbors
April 24, 2021These are not the luxury apartments that you think they are. They are extremely overpriced of what you’re getting because there are stink bugs all year around in this apartment despite pest control spraying the walls. also the walls are not soundproof. I mean these are extremely thin walls so you can hear everything especially can hear a baby screaming and can smell neighbors nasty cooking through my door and into my apartment. These are extremely discourteous people and management doesn’t do ...anything about it and are very condescending with me. They put a doorstop underneath my door and they did with theirs but that has done nothing and when I call them to put another doorstop underneath my door they don’t respond to me. I don’t expect to have apartment living perfect but I’ve lived in many apartments before and I’ve had no problems as much as I have had with these. I can’t wait for my lease to be up soon.Property Manager Responded

As we discussed, maintenance will be over to install another door sweep for you this afternoon. Regarding the other disturbances, we have made daily attempts to pinpoint where your concerns are coming from, but the issue has not presented itself. Neighboring apartments do not seem to share the same concerns either, making the sources difficult to find. Please contact the office as you are experiencing these disturbances and we will come over immediately in hopes of better addressing your concerns. It is clear from the several reviews that you have posted that you are not happy in your home. It is our goal to improve your experience, however I did want to remind you that we have also offered you a transfer to another Wimmer property or to simply end your lease with no fee. This property is excellent
February 16, 2021My wife and I recently moved into Georgetown Square Apartments and we could not be more pleased. The staff has been exceptional and extremely accomodating with any of our needs. We love our new apartment as it has quickly felt like home. The attached garage and on sight workout facility have been a huge bonus! We are also very excited to use the outdoor pool and golf range across the street in the summer. Feels like home
December 18, 2020I can’t say enough great things about Patricia at Georgetown Square! I came to her having to leave another apartment and she was so kind and gracious with showing me the property and getting my husband and I all set up for a very quick move-in date. Before visiting both apartments, We thought choice would be tough but after meeting with manager of The Club at Brookfield Hills, our choice was clear, we notice prejudicial treatment. The lifestyle here is an absolute delight
January 30, 2020I just want to say that living at Georgetown Square is an absolute delight! It sits right across the street from this beautiful meadow, is quiet, and yet two blocks from Bluemound Road. Seems like an impossibility! The facility is wonderful, my townhouse is a dream, and best of all the staff... this team is so friendly and accommodating, and the maintenance group is relentless.
